In Pick Items Window from Customer Order, Items Balance is not appearing...(from settings is switched on)
Just Price is Appearing...
Any Idea how to fix it?

When you open this form from customer's order, props warehouse is not present, so the balance is not displayed. It present in the pick form opened from bill lading, with balance and reserve.

yes you are right, but there just the word balance appeared which is not showing any balance at all....
in older versions it was working from customer order...last 3 versions are full of bugs...

another bug is that when I try to save information of my Company...from Enterprices > Catalogs > Entity

Сheck that in the catalog "Contact information types" were filled props "Type" for all elements.

We have found and fixed the bug but have not included these corrections to our last release. It will be done in our next release. As for now you can do as Dmytro Kalchenko has advice to figure it out.

None of the releases 37,38,40 even create a clean database will not work. A huge number of bugs associated with localization   . On my site I describe bugs, but you do not let him invoke. There may even developers will look or work with me. Correcting for a small number of bugs at a time, people will wait for the release of the working years. Thank you for understanding.
