Exchange rate from the center of bank

From what site it would be possible to download exchange rates from official central bank of currency - Dirham (UAE) 784 to other currencies (it is desirable Russian Federation bank or other countries).
Need that exchange rates was official and change once a day (not every second).
Sait http://cbrates.rbc.ru/ don't give information for currency Dirham.
