Creating named areas

Named areas can be horizontal (consisting of selected rows), vertical (consisting of selected columns), and rectangular (consisting of adjacent cells).

To create a named area, select the area and then, on the main menu, point to Table, point to Names, and click Set Name. In the dialog box that is opened, specify the area name.
