Specifying print area

Instead of printing an entire spreadsheet, you can use the editor to specify a certain area for printing.

To specify a print area, select a cell range and then, on the main menu, point to Table, point to Print Options, and click Set Print Area.

To cancel the print area selection, select a cell range and then, on the main menu, point to Table, point to Print Options, and click Remove Print Area.

You can also specify the print area in the property palette of a spreadsheet document.
