Viewing document journals

Viewing document journals is identical to viewing lists. For more information, see Viewing lists.

If a document journal is sorted by date, the following rules apply:

• Documents are sorted by date.
• Documents of the same date are sorted by time.

If sorting by date is disabled, the documents are displayed in the order they were entered.
