Goods issue in sales flow (Delivery note)

Goods issue document added. It has delivery note print form and allows you to ship goods prior to invoicing.

Delivery note - a document accompanying a shipment of goods that lists the description and quantity of the goods delivered. A copy of the delivery note, signed by the buyer or consignee, is returned to the seller or consignor as a proof of delivery.

Quote document

You can now generate a quote document.

Quote - a formal statement of promise (submitted usually in response to a request for quotation) by potential supplier to supply the goods or services required by a buyer, at specified prices, and within a specified period. A quotation may also contain terms of sale and payment, and warranties.

Acceptance of quotation by the buyer constitutes an agreement binding on both parties.

Reverse charge VAT

Select the Tax category for a counterparty and it will be inherited to documents. Supplier invoice will make proper entries if the Reverse charge tax category is selected.

Depending on a company's VAT registration, the reverse charge VAT will impact your expenses, or VAT input and output simultaneously.

Also, if you make a Sales invoice with reverse charge, zero-rate will be applied and special text on the print form will be displayed.

Excluded VAT amount from Sales and Purchase registers

The amount in the Sales and Purchase registers is now VAT excluded.

Debit/Credit notes foreign currency exchange support

Debit/credit notes support foreign currency exchange entries if revaluation periodicity is set to "Each transaction" value.

Warehouse menu

Warehouse section is created in the menu. Now you have all your warehouse documents, catalogs, and reports combined in one section.

Sales reports review

Reports of the Sales section are reviewed / corrected. Now they have a comprehensive description, name, and column's headers.
