1. Automatic discounts for products in the target segment
Automatic discounts setup for multiple products has become easier. No need to manually add products to discount rules. Just create a product segment and specify conditions that define a product. The products matching the conditions will be added to the segment automatically. Then you can set an automatic discount that applies to a segment.
To create product segments, go to CRM > Product segments.
2. Print forms archive
Now generated print forms can be archived. So, if you update document details, you still can print out the document version before the update. This is useful when a customer asks you to re-send them the previous document version.
To enable archiving, select the Archive print forms checkbox in Settings > Company > Print forms archiving. To store archived files outside the 1C:Drive database, select the Store files in volumes on the hard disk checkbox is Settings > Application settings > Configure file operations.
To view archived print forms, open a document and click Attached files.
3. Custom payment methods
Payment methods in payments terms are no longer limited to predefined values including Cash, Electronic, and Undefined. You can add and select custom payment methods in business documents and counterparty settings.
To manage payment methods, go to Cash management > Payment methods.
4. Print options
Now you can set print options before printing a document out. To do so, go to Settings > Print forms, reports and data processors > Additional print options and select the Display print options before printing check box. Then the Print options dialog will pop up when you print a document.
5. Sales planning reworked
We have reworked sales planning for you. You can plan sales by products, sales territories, sales representatives, and other sales dimensions. For sales planning, go to Sales > Target vs actual.
To define sales targets, manage the following:
- Sales goal settings
- Sales targets
To track sales targets, run the following reports:
- Sales variance arbitrary
- Sales variance by sales goals
6. Payment terms templates
We have added payment terms templates to the Payment terms & conditions settings of the counterparty and contract cards. This will help you quickly set payment terms for your counterparties. No need to manually define each payment term item. Just create payment terms templates and easily switch between them when required.
7. UOM for reports
In 1C:Drive, by default, reports show product quantities in base units of measure (UOM). Now you can also view product quantities in a UOM of your choice. To do so, set Report UOM on a product card. Then add any of the following fields to your reports:
- Available (Rep. UOM)
- On hand (Rep. UOM)
- On order (Rep. UOM)
The fields will show you product quantity in Report UOM.
8. Recurring invoicing
We have added recurring invoice settings for those who charge customers for goods or services at regular intervals. You can set a schedule for sending invoices automatically when required. To be able to do so, first select the Use recurring invoicing checkbox at Settings > Sales > Sales invoices. Then define your invoicing schedule at Sales > Catalogs > Subscription plans. This will save your time on invoicing and help you get paid faster.
9. Financial accounting
Managerial accounting is no longer the only option in 1C:Drive. Now you can record your business transactions in the Financial accounting module and prepare financial reports that comply with GAAP or IFRS. To do so, create financial chart of accounts and map managerial accounts to financial accounts. Then convert managerial accounting entries to financial accounting entries.

10. Manufacturer attribute in the Products catalog
We have added the Manufacturer attribute to a product’s card. Add this attribute to label or price tag templates if you want that price tags or labels show a product’s manufacturer.
11. Variant selection matrix
Now you can quickly add multiple product variants to business documents (such as sales invoices). To do so, first select the Use matrix selection form on a product’s category card and define variant attributes. Then you can open a product variants matrix from a business document. In the matrix, you are free to specify multiple product variants and add them to the business document in one go.
12. Credit limit control
We have added credit limit control to help you secure your accounts receivable. You can set credit limits for customers in the billing details on a counterparty’s card or contract. 1C:Drive will check available credit when you post a sales order, work order, or sales invoice. Also, you are free to check credit limits using the Credit limits report at Sales > Reports.
Users with "Full rights" or "Allow exceeding credit limits" can choose to exceed credit limits. They can select the Override credit limit settings check box in a sales order or sales invoice.
13. Contact information visibility settings
Now you can hide unused contact person fields that overload a counterparty’s card. This ensures easier navigation through the counterparty information.
To hide contact person fields, go to Settings > General settings > Contact information > Contact information kinds. Then open a contact information kind and deselect the Show in form always check box.
