I am having trouble while creating database.
ORA1C SID Works fine but when cerating database I use SYSTEM username to connect and create datafile of 1C after creating datafile NLS parameter error.
NLS Parameter ERROR.

My server is Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 Bit operating system)
Orale 10g (10.2.0)

I just first try to create SID = ORA1C,

It's successfully create It. I can see the V81C_DATA.DBF are created. But it does not finish to connect database because of NLS Parameter ERROR

Before you start using 1C with Oracle Database, you need to set up multilingual collation:

• Copy lx327c6.nlt from Additional\OracleDatabase catalog of 1C:Enterprise distributive to any empty folder on the same disk Oracle Database is installed on.
  
• Run Oracle Locale Builder (lbuilder)
  
• Run nlb files generation (Tools - Generate NLB) and select the empty folder containing lx327c6.nlt file. The tool will create lx1boot.nlb and lx327c6.nlb files in the same folder
  
• Stop all Oracle services
  
• Make a backup copy of lx0boot.nlb and lx1boot.nlb files from ORACLE_HOME/nls/data folder
  
• Copy the lx1boot.nlb and lx327c6.nlb files created by lbuilder to ORACLE_HOME/nls/data, replacing existing files.
  
• Run Oracle services
