Hi,

Is platform uses VACUUM property of PostgreSQL?

We did vacuum manually in PostgreSQL and db size decreased from 520 mb to 403 mb. It's a big difference.

So I wanted to ask:
1. Can I use properties like vacuum and other properties from 1C:Enterprise platform? Or we should use it manually from DBMS? If we will use those properties of db, can it effect tables or logical work of 1C:Enterprise, because tables are created by platform?

2. For which aims we can use property in designer mode "Verify and Repair"?

Hello Murat,

You should set up the VACUUM property in PostgreSQL. Different PostgreSQL functions affect in different ways, so we can't give you common recommendation but VACUUM is OK and useful.

About Verify and Repair you can read here and here.
