Hi,

We, a 1c enterprise partner, having a little problem.
We have a 1c product.
We install it to clients, install licenses and add extra features on every installation.
After that we take the last changed configuration in order to sell it to next client.

But the old licenses are gathering and on next installation we see licenses of previous clients.

How can we clear it?

Could you please describe, how exactly did you install your product to the clients?

I think this is happening when the info base originally were opened on the computer with those licenses. It has happened to me too.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
1st we install 1c platform, then create new database from scratch,  then load configuration file

Hello, Rustam!

Licenses are installed independently of configurations. So please check your installation process: you should use new licenses (not new pins of previous license) when installing 1C:Enterprise platform on client computers.

HI

I know that, indeed we use new licenses but the old licenses can be seen when you click on "Info" button at the bottom shows the list

Current:

licenses for the current client
....

Configuration:

and here we see previous licenses

Timofey, this has happened to me also. I do not know why and how to produce it. It does not bother me any more, so I haven't post any questions, but it is real.

Are you sure that you load configuration, .cf file, not .dt? Do you create installation package or simply save configuration to file?

Hi

Yes I'm sure. We load cf but we don't use package we simply save last edited configuration.

For your case try using packages to clean license information. I will send this information to our developers. Thank you.

By the way, which version of 1C:Enterprise do you use? And is it in File mode?

Create an installation package in Designer mode. Please see Distribution kits for more details.

Also please try to upgrade to latest version, 8.2.17 is not up to date already.

Yes exactly! Thanks!

To clear old licenses from working database I created distribution package then loaded it.

Hello, Rustam and Muhammet.

We were trying to reproduce your problem, but had some problems with that. Could you please send us a .cf file that includes licensing information to int@1c.com? If you need a space for upload we can provide it for you.
It would be better to use latest versions of 1C:Enterprise platform for that to check, if this problem was solved already or not.

Thanks in advance.
