Hi,

In web client when system lang. is tr_TR (Turkish).
In tabular section of document in field when press shortcut "Ctrl+C" the text of field is not copied.

Platform version, (8.3.5.1068)
Ubuntu Server 13.10
PostreSQL 9.2
Client: any web client.
