I have added "sslip" and "wacs" pictures. In sslip picture,I give my computer ip and in wacs picture I follow the steps but it says certificate failed. What is the reason?

Hello Mesut,

unfortunately, you can create a certificate from "Let's encrypt" only if you have an external IP address.

192.168.1.100 is the internal address of your computer and you will not be able to create an SSL certificate for it from "Let's encrypt".

In your case, you could create a "self-signed" SSL certificate using IIS.
