Is there any functionality that can add a logo into subsystem form .

I think it is impossible. You could create start screen with 2 forms. Present your logo on the right form. Or use splash screen on start.

Numan, the area on your picture is not a form, it is a subsystem's function menu. Menus cannot contain pictures.

Alexey is right, the home page is a good place for your logo. The following picture shows a home page with 2 forms, the right one contains a picture. Alternatively, you can use a single home page form with 2 vertical groups.
