Our partners did ask us to develop tools and methodology to translate partially an interface of 1C:Enterprise platform, needed for users to work.
We did that for you: since version 8.3.7 you can run a 1C:Enterprise application with a specific parameter, work a bit with the application, and have exported resources that used during that time. This lets you translate a smaller part of the interface, spend fewer efforts to try the market that uses a language, which is not supported by 1C:Enterprise platform at the moment.
Here is an example of how to export resources:
C:\Program Files (x86)\1cv8\8.3.7.1845\bin\1cv8.exe /ClearCache /L ja -DumpNotLocalized c:\1c_resources
By running this in a command line in Windows, after closing 1C:Enterprise application that you will select in an opened window, you will have only new and ready for translation into Japanese language resources dumped to c:\1c_resources folder.
To translate and compile those resources you will need some tools that are not distributed in public yet because we need to get some statistics on how useful this tool is.
