Hi,
How can I release locks errors or release previous active sessions or end those sessions which lock some code that prevents configuration updates. The error occurs in one of my documents when I try to send email, between login and send email. it seems to lock documents and I cannot do update. It hangs my computer.

the following error:

Infobase exceptional lock error
Active sessions and connections
computer ... user ... application: Thin client

the version is:
1C:Enterprise 8.3 (8.3.7.1845)

thanks

Hello, Mubarak Sami!

You can use the Administration of 1C:Enterprise server tool for that.

Hi,
I have similar issue, however in my case I am not able to release locks.
In my case lock is visible under Infobase, but there are no active sessions.
App + SQL DB servers reboot did not fix the issue and lock is still active in 1C.
This is blocking users from doing certain actions, for example not able to restore data from .dt file due to this lock.

How can I fix such scenario?
My version: 1C:Enterprise 8.3 (8.3.7.1776)

Hello, Michal Lenart.

It seems like the web server extension keeps licenses. Try to reboot your web server as well.

Indeed seems that all those 'ghost' lock are related to web server.
Unfortunately situation is the same after web server reboot.
Is it necessary to resart 1C application server again after we have restarted web server?

Do you have some recommendations related to web server settings?

Michal Lenart, yes, try to stop all 3 services and then start them back.

The best solution might be upgrading to the latest version of 1C:Enterprise platform. As for now it is 8.3.7.1949.

Hi,
The option with restarting all 3 servers (app, sql and web) at once fixed the issue.
After restart mentioned locks disappeared.

Thank you for your help!
