Somehow server got into CPU consuming state. I checked the log and found this

And repeated stream error...
So I decided to delete the file because restarting was not helpful it all. It started fine.. but now it does not accept connections.
It is important to mention that this problem happened after the license get lost. But I think it is more of a coincidence.
p.s attached logs p.p.s. Deleted file only had empty lines so it probably was corrupted

The only legit way of reconstructing this file is to rebuild the cluster using system tools. In this case I'd recommend to run Administrator Console (1CV8 Servers.msc), delete the cluster and recreate it from scratch. We DO NOT recommend a manual editing of any system files including 1CV8CLST.LST.
