Open Different Forms for Catalog Items Depending on Attribute Value

Hello!
I would like my application to open different forms for one catalog items depending on the Type attribute value due to I need to fill different set of attributes for different catalog item types. How can I implement this?

Maybe it would be better to switch visibility of groups of items in single item form because when you will change the type you will have to open another form.
