How to change the icon which stands for posted document if I want to use more complex logic? I need to show in the list form unposted, posted and third state icon, which I control with additional attribute.

Hi!
You may switch off standard icon for rows in dynamic list and create yourself new with necessary image collection.

As example - create attribute "Status" in document and white into some value in procedure BeforeWhite in DocumentObject module  (0 - unposted, 1 - posted, 2 - third state etc.).
In ListForm for document you must add "status" on form and set for it image with icon collection.
You may download simple example here - <removed due to forum rules violation>

Any way you need create image collection - so you may grab picture from screen (from any 1C application), copy little area with needed icon (16x16) and paste it in image-editor 1C.

You can use standard 1C-image editor for copy transparent image:
1. In Designer, edit picture, select part of picture
2. Use Opaque / Transparent switcher on command bar for copying
