A great way we can recommend is to install Parallels (I'm running 8.0, $79), and install Windows inside Parallels (currently you can upgrade a preview version that comes with Parallels to Windows 8 Pro for only $39.99). And inside Windows 1C:Designer will run natively.
If you switch Parallels to the Coherence mode Windows applications will launch as MacOS X windows.
Windows applications work without any delays. As an additional bonus Parallels gives you back the Windows start menu, that Microsoft removed from Windows 8.
