Hello!
In the First base we created WS and published from disegner in web-server IIS 7.5.7600
In the second base we add ws-link but we don't see description ws.
Ws-link is empty.
In what could be the problem?

Serv: WinServ 2008 R2 Enterprise 64-bit
IIS 7.5.7600
1C Enterprise 8.2.18.96

P.S. Web-client opens.

First try to check if your web service description is available to be opened in web browser from the PC where the second infobase is running.

Please say me how can I do it?
I can't find tool for that.

About subject.
I have a change.
I don't know what I done, but last link is working.
Although previous links are empty.
When I started the web-client, program said that there is no free license.
Now  web-client is worked.
Сan lack of licenses affect to the web service?

Simply save what your browser shows you when you open WSDL by URL.
