Hello!

When I try to open form (click in row on list) I got this error:
"Different property and XDTO data item: Property 'name'"

This error does not appear on each machine, on most computers this feature working properly but some users see this error. Why?

Hello, Kris!

I'm glad to welcome you to 1C:Developer Network forums. Thank you for your interest in 1C:Enterprise.

To help you with your issue I need to have a little more information:
1. 1C:Enterprise application name and version and 1C:Enterprise platform version (to find this information click (i) button in the top right corner of your application window and copy the window content).
2. Client type (thin/web/mobile/thick).
3. Steps to reproduce this error (which section and document/catalog/register/report to open and which buttons/form items to click).
4. Screenshots would be helpful also.

Thanks for the replay.

Ad.1. Its my own application based on 1C:Enterprise v.8.2.14.528.
Ad.2. Thin client.
Ad.3. Its my custom list based on Catalog type - list of customers. And the error shows when user try to click in row. After this user sees the error, details of customer do not apear neither before nor after this message. Note that, excacly the same operation performes by another user (on another computer) working properly.
ad.4. I attached the screenshot.

Thank you for the information, Kris.

First, please try to upgrade your 1C:Enterprise to the latest version. As for now it is 8.3.4.496, or at least to 8.2.19.106.
If this would not help, please send a DT infobase dump to int@1c.com for us to debug what is happening there.
