Error loading component backbas (in web client)

Interested Rating: 27 Joined: Apr 5, 2012 Company: 1TÇ Şirketi - Merv Bilgi İşlem Otomasyonu Yazılım Ltd. Şti.	Hi, We installed 1C:Enterprise 8.3.4.496 (32-bit) on Cent OS 6.3. Apache 2.2. While publising from web server there is no error. But when try to use from web client appears an error "1C:Enterprise 8 application error: Error loading component backbas". With what may it related?

Timofey Bugaevsky Guest Joined: Company:	Hello, Murat! If the user that runs 1C:Enterprise has enought permissions? If this error is displayed in Web client? Could you please provide a screenshot of this error?

Hi Timofey, User that run service of platform has enough permission on /Opt/1C And user of apache has enough permission on default.vrd file. Yes, error appears on web client.
