Why it is not possible to add an xml file to configuration? I have a prepared template and I want to use it inside the configuration. When I chose to create a new template the option to get template from external file is unavailable. I can copy the contains of an external template to the template created inside the configuration, but in this case I loose the column and row widths. Is it possible?

How do you copy template? Try the following: select all in external template, copy, select all in destination template, paste.

I have tried everything to paste the widths also, but it does not do it anyway. The only solution I see is to write a piece of code to change the widths. but I doubt I could apply it to a template.

Use "Ctrl+A" or "Edit-Select all" for "select all" on your template.

I have done this! If you select everything in the template and everything in the destination document it is copying the widths of the rows and columns. To do this I selected the documents using the small box of window above all the cells.
