To help you, we need to know more about your current license. Where have you bought it?

We supply our licenses from 1tc in Turkey Since we are the only partners authorized to sell licenses in Turkey, we provide our licenses for them.

We want to keep our platform license up-to-date and keep up to date with the development of the download permission. Do we have to be a partner for the solution?

Ercan, the right way to update your license is contacting the authorized partner that provided the previous license (1TC). Your company does not have to be a 1C partner.

And just for the record, 1TC is not the only partner authorized to sell 1C:Enterprise licenses in Turkey. Currently there are five.

We do not want license update, we want to download new versions of platform smoothly.
