Access to Catalog Groups

I have Counterparties catalog and the following task: users from the Sales department must to have an access to view, use and add new items, add contact information to existing items and have no access to delete (even mark for deletion) of any item in Customers group. At the same time they should have an access to view and use items from Vendors group, but no access to delete and mark for deletion of items in this group.
How can I implement that?
