 How to get get filled Rows and columns values of spreadsheet,

 And i want to make same cells readyonly

 Section = Spreadsheet.Area("R3C3:R10C3");

yes i want to write to rows and cells,
i want to read cells values from filled rows
and I want to make ready only some cells against changing
