Breakpoint does not stop

I have set a breakpoint in Designer mode, then launch an application in debug mode, but it does not stop at breakpoint. What does it mean?

What location type of infobase?
If "On 1C:Enterprise server", then check, that service runing with option "-debug". If no so, then you cant debug script at server.
And also try set breakpoints in other places, sometimes I have situation, that the script did not reach the breakpoint

Thank you! -debug option helped. I had to find a server service description in regedit.exe and modify a value with the service command line.
