Hi,.. Used Mingw (msys) for compiling, and everything works, fasttrun, fulleq (all patches) etc but not mchar. Cant find mchar.dll in lib if I try to load from postgres (pgadmin3)- but its there. If I use pg_ctl and template1=  \i / 'path to mchar.sql' there is just errors. If I use Depency walker it shows that ieshims.dll is missing - but that file is there also. Maybe wrong version or I suspect the coding?! Use UTF-8 but local language Swedish? Postgres version 9.2.1 Thankful for help!

Hi Keijo

I had such experience with PostgreSQL in Ubuntu 12.10 Server. In Ubuntu it related with libraries.

To work with 1C:Enterprise under PostgreSQL I suggest to install PostgreSQL (1C version), otherwise you might have to patch it.

If you say that you have libs, maybe it related with versions?

Finally put the Windows to trash and strat up with Linux :))). Be free)))...

Hi Murat, do I understand correctly that I don't have to patch with all the patches listed, only postgresql92-9.2.1-1.1C.src.rpm ? Found on 'http://v8.1c.ru/overview/postgres_patches_notes.htm' ?
Regards
Keijo
