Linux server, CentOS 6.5. RAC console

I have managed to create new Infobase using just script, but I need to load configuration, also I would like to update it from the script.

If I try to do it from designer I have a problem with slow internet connection. This operation almost took forever. My goal is to be able to update Infobase using previously downloaded .cf (.cfu) file.

Is there any way to resolve merging conflicts in this mode?

As I know, for update cfg from command line there is parameter /UpdateCfg.
But its using only for the maintained configuration (full maintained). If configuration is full maintained then during update there is no conflicts.
