Hello, I installed on one PC 5-us er(multiple) electronic license, how can other users use the program in local network or through web, and I don`t have server and server license is there any possibilities to use without server and server license.

You need 1C:Enterprise server or terminal server to use multi-user licenses. For File mode and client computers you need to activate single user pin codes on each client PC from your multi-user license, not a multi-user pin code.
