How I can change the tab order of fields in managed form? In form with Hebrew interface language the tab order of fields must be right-to-left.

Unfortunately the right-to-left orientation is not supported yet. Tab order is generated automatically depending on the structure of the form. The only thing you can change is to set the default item on the form that will have input when the form is opened. You can use Default item check box in properties of form item for that.
