Installed version of 1C:Enterprise not found

It seems that I cant add Accounting Suite Infobase in my newly purchase Enterprise

Pls help

This message can appear if you are trying to run a not installed version. For example you have installed 1C:Enterprise 8.2 and configured your infobase to run in latest 8.3 version. Please download latest version from the Products section.

I have installed the latest version of Acctg Suite Sir, but another problem arise, how can I register the new platform?? ;)
