Aho!

I made a report, included it into the subsystem, added a data set of Query type:

Code
SEL ECT
   Items.Ref
FR OM
   Catalog.Items AS Items

No errors, good.
Now I open it and click Create. Nothing happens.
What's wrong? Attached this report.

You need configure settings of schema
For example, like at screenshot
