Hi everyone.

I have used the 1C:Retail program and I occasionally get bugs on the program as follows "Внутрення ошибка чтения FastInfoset документа. Ошибка инициализации объекта OctetBuilder ".When i go to maketting / discount item.

I need your help

Hello, Nguyen Dinh Luong.

It looks like you have a file with broken FastInfoset format. Try to locate that file and then I could try to assist you with how to fix it.

Are you able to use a debugger and enable stop on errors?
This is quite technical, maybe you should contact a partner who will solve the problem.
