It looked like there were no data. Low memory were on client computer (thin client 8.3.4.482). Server side was linux server with postgres, but I do not think it is somehow related to server side.

On higher than 8.2 versions, I had such problems. Sometimes there may not appear any record on dynamic list, or while executing any report may say that there is some fields not found.
In my situations such things are seen when infobase is not updated correctly.

U may try update configuration again.
