Hello!

On one our project we've faced with problem in web-client.

We have a manager dashboard, and GM of customer is using web-client.

In thin client in event Selection (double click on chart) we can get series property and make any actions based on clicked value.

In web-client there is no property Series (in Syntax assistant there is no restrictions on this property in web-client).

But everyone want to get details when they click on chart.

So, i want to understand. Is it platform bug (we try last versions and also 1428 beta) and how we can solve this problem.

Thank you.

Would you please provide a sample configuration, data processor or the infobase dump to check this.
Please also provide OS, 1C:Enterprise and Web server versions.

Nice to hear it. But could you provide me a planned release # or issue tracking # for bugboard?

Hello, Timofey!

Could you help me and clarify in which release it will be fixed? Because on your bug tracker this error code status was changed to "fixed in future release" long time ago. Now 8.3.6.1977 released but still same status.

When we can expect this problem will be fixed? Its very important for our customer.
Thank you
