Hi,

Unfortunately we have some strange situation with work of 1C Server.
Users are working normally and suddenly system exists users with error and then user can not enter the system. We notice that 1C Server Service is working. But on 1C Server console we noticed that 1C Enterprise Server's work proccess is opened but not active. Manually we ca not change the activity sign of work proccess. So we need to restart 1C Enterprise Service. An when we try to restart service, Windows can not start it.

Is there any idea with what may it be related?
Operating System: Windows 2012 (64-bit)
DBMS: PostgreSQL 9.2 (1C Edition) (32-bit).
Platform: 1C:Enterprise 8.3.5.1248 (32-bit).
Clients: Some of them Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows XP.

To solve this problem, now we using thus method:
1. We uninstall 1C:Enterprise all components.
2. Using CCleaner we delete register files of 1C:Enterprise Server Service.
3. Reboot Windows.
4. Install 1C:Enterprise again and system works.

Today we got such situation.
Users were working usually. On Designer mode we update configuration of infobase dynamically. After then PostgreSQL service is stopped suddenly.
We uninstalled PostgreSQL, then with cccleaner deleted register files of service, then rebooted the system, then install PostgreSQL and service is worked.
But we could not enter the system (we think database is broken down).
We tried to enter system for several times.
But after some tryings system get us a message that can not find any work proccess. We opened 1C Enterprise Server console and noticed that work proccess is disactivated.

Firewall is not enable. There is not antivirus program that may do it.
We have such a strange situation. Is there any ideas?

We think that it may be related with operating system.

Is there any options to test with what it may be related?
