Strange error in HTTP Service

This service is worked normally. But from yesterday a strange situation is existing: service sometimes working, sometimes not. When it not works gives us such an error: "Üstveri sürümü geçersiz olan sunucu bağlamına bağlanma denemesi. Sunucunun doğru bağlamı: 'ider'". Attached pic of error.
