Problem with item properties "Enabled" and "ReadOnly" for RadioButton field in 8.3.7

Hello,

Platform version is 8.3.7.1845. Configuration without compatibility mode.

If i'm trying to set up properties "Enabled" or "ReadOnly" for field with type "Radio buttons" in "OnCreateOnServer" (for "AterWriteAtServer" also) form event - its not working. With compatibility mode 8.3.6 everything is fine.

If i'm trying to do it in OnOpen procedure - its also working fine.

I think its a bug, or not?
