Disable pop-up window that shows up in the form input fields? (8.3.3.)

Hi.

Can I disable the splash window displaying hints on how to select a value in the input fields.

It contains text:
"Enter the search string
Click Show all to select item
Click + (create item) to create item"

"Show all"

It will be filled with quick items during the data input. Why do you want to disable this new functionality?

The most what can be done to disable English labels is enabling of a quick choice for the catalog or for the form item. In this case choice list hints listed above will not be displayed:

But if no value found when I start typing another text pops up:

We are in Québec and people here speak french. They don't want to see English words in their software. They would prefer to use exclusively french software rather than bilingual product.

Choice list shows up in every field of referential type => English text is displayed too.
8.2 was more acceptable for us from this point.
This is a real obstacle for moving to a new platform that offers so many new useful features.
