Hi,

The application crashes while processing the application form. But it's not always crashing. I can not find the fault. What should I do?

First of all, please check the latest entries in 1C:Enterprise event log and Windows event log (the part related to 1C:Enterprise). This might give you a hint on what's going on.

If this does not help, send us a dump generated by the crash (to int@1c.ru, please add "for Yulia Ivanova" to the subject, this will help me to identify your email quickly). You can find it in %appdata%\..\Local\1C\1cv8.
