I want to know if the same menus and screens in the 1C enterprise full version or there are more module screens and reports

The number of reports, documents and other objects are defined at application level using Designer mode. Please see What is 1C:Enterprise article to understand the structure of applications that are built for 1C:Enterprise. As far as I understood you are looking at demo application that is installed together with Training version of 1C:Enterprise platform. You can use other applications, see Application section for example, or create your own either from a scratch or using one of existing applications as a base.
