The instructions are in User guide file inside the 1C:Translator archive.

If you will not provide a Microsoft Translator API key the application will not function as it supposed to, so this field was made required.

First you should obtain this code click choice button (...) to open Microsft Asure Marketplace, scroll to 2,000,000 characters per month (it is free of charge) and click Sign up. Follow the instructions and you will receive the API key that should be inserted in that field. Other fields will be filled by default.

After that you should create a project, fill a description, languages and folders. If you are going to translate a 1C application sources from Russian into English you can fill several dictionaries with preset ones. See Import menus near folders.

Hope this helped, if you have any other questions, feel free to ask them on our forum.
