why V1.1.31.70 doesn't have Sales Quote

Just came Rating: 1 Joined: Nov 27, 2012 Company: L4S	Version V1.1.24.0 has type Qoute / Order / Invoice of Sales and Purchase Version V1.1.31.70 has only Order Why?

Most businesses would use an external CRM system (Salesforce, Zoho, 1C:CRM) to create quotes. In the latest version though there is a Quote print form on Sales Orders.
