1C:Small Business looks too complicated

I like the idea of 1C:Small Business, but it looks too complicated. What if a company makes sales only. Can we hide Production, for example, from the interface?

Of cource you can. But tou need to customize through developement mode. Even you can assign the deifferent interfaces to different roles in the system.

There are functional options which you can turn on and off. Use Settings form for this. I turned off Production, Services and Payroll sections.
See the resulting interface below: it became less sophisticated.
