Hello everybody.

Our pay periods are two weeks. So we have biweekly schedule.
In 1C:Small Business application pay periods are a month.
Is there any chance to change it?
Thank you

Hi,

No, you cannot change it without customization business logic.
You can ask any developer here to help you. It doesn't look complicated.

Dear developers, how can I change the monthly schedule to biweekly schedule.
Do you have any ideas?

Laysan,

there is no week-based calculation in calculation register. It is really not a simple task. (we actually stuck with the same problem, but we have to do it weekly)

Hello, Laysan.

Solving this problem requires a bit more time, than a simple setting change. I recommend you to ask one of 1C:Partners to help you.

Hi Laysan,

I agree with Alexey Gerasimov. It is a bit complicated task to implement bi-weekly payroll in the Small Business solution.

We have our own solution (for Canadian market) that supports 12, 26, 27, 52, 53 pay periods.
Please, contact me if you wish to discuss it in details.

Roman.

Alexey Gerasimov,
1C:Small business does not use any of calculation registers.
Payroll functionality based on accumulation registers only.
