For example in Microsoft Internet Explorer you need to go to Menu->Tools->Internet options->General->Languages and move the one you prefer to the top. In Google Chrome you need to go to Menu->Settings->Show advanced settings->Languages and spell-checker settings... choose the one, you prefer and click Display Google Chrome in this language After that you need to restart your browser.
