Loading from electronic table

How to use "Loading from electronic table" utility when setting up new company?
I intend to import item list along with their beginning balances.
So I created simple csv file with columns: Department, Item, UoM, Quantity and Price along with two lines of data
But when I tried to load this file it gave me error:
"Section not found: IsEmpty"

Please explain the correct way to use this feature. Thanks

Unfortunately there are problems with this data processor in the current version of 1C:Small Business. You can use the updated version of it for now. See the attached file please.

It works perfectly (at least with Item list and balances that I've tried so far)
