Error on Purchasing

Issue 1:
Purchasing \ Inventory Receipts \ Purchase Invoices:Create \ Inventory:Add \ choose "Carton box" generates error "Object field not found (GLAccountType)

Issue 2:
Purchasing \ Purchase Orders \ Create \ click "Customer Order" lookup button causes error "..Field not found "UserSettings.Settings"..."

Please help. I apologize if these two issues should be on seperate posts. I just thought that they are on same area (Purchasing). Thank you

Here are quick fixes:
In Designer mode you should replace:

• The object module of InventoryReceipt document with Document InventoryReceipt.Module.txt file
  
• The module of DocumentForm form of InventoryReceipt docuement with Document.InventoryReceipt.DocumentForm.Module.txt file
  
• The module of ChoiceForm of PurchaseOrderStatuses catalog with Catalog.PurchaseOrderStatuses.ChoiceForm.Module.txt
  
• The custom query text of List form attribute of ChoiceForm of PurchaseOrderStatuses catalog with Catalog.PurchaseOrderStatuses.ChoiceForm.List.Query.txt
