Hello, 1C is a good start for non-1C:Enterprise developers

1C Company published a new edition of Hello, 1C rapid application development tutorial. This version includes description of new features of 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform with a new interface–TAXI.

Developers can learn how to create applications that are:

• compatible with Windows and Linux operating systems;
• accessible both on-premise (in file or client/server mode) or through the Internet;
• able to operate with MS SQL, IBM DB2, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, or 1C DBMS;
